Urgency and commercial use

Added to the base price plus any add-ons.

Urgent work: +50% of the total price / delivery in less than 1 week

The final product is for personal use and includes the right of reproduction and public communication.

-Right of reproduction and public communication: Right to reproduce and copy the illustration in different formats and for different media (personal prints, accessories, blogs and social networks) without modifications so that other people can access and view the work without distribution involved.

Commercial uses; +100% of the total price, includes:

-Right of distribution: The sale and rental of the work is allowed.

You must mention the author of the original product in any media you share it.

Exclusiveness: +200% of the total price (payment for property and commercial rights).

It allows you to do whatever you want with the product.

Payment process

• All payments are made by PayPal invoice.

• Full payment or 50% payment in advance and the other half upon completion of the work. The final product will only be delivered once full payment has been received.

• All payments are final. There are NO refunds under ANY circumstances.

• Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary.

Work process

1. We agree on the details of the character, as well as the dates to make reviews by message or email.

2. I send a Paypal invoice to your email with a summary of what was discussed by both parties.

3. Once I receive the first half of payment, I will begin sketches.

4. I will send you the sketches for you to approve, you have 3 free revisions.

5. You can upgrade or include add ons by simply paying the difference at this stage, you just need to send me a message so I know what to add to the price and the illustration.

6. After full payment, I will send all files in png format by mail or Google Drive.

Information needed for illustration 

• Detail the basic characteristics of your character: species, class, age, sex/gender, skin/eye color, living environment, etc.

• Key characteristics you want the character to have.

• Brief backstory of your character. The backstories help me get a deeper idea of ​​the character's personality and appearance.

• If applicable, detail the characteristics of the background.

• Send references, from photos to music, send anything you think will help understand the character's mood and personality, but don't include posing or composition suggestions. The references are just to understand the “feeling” you want the character to have.

“Could you change…?”

You can modify your brief at the sketch stage, but once I start painting, some changes become too difficult to implement. Large modifications or changes to the character or background as a whole will be treated as another commission and charged as such.

No refunds for removing add ons

Legal information 

• All rights to commissions belong exclusively to me, unless you have paid for exclusivity.

• I will use the art for my portfolio and social media.

The idea of ​​the character and their backstory is yours, so I will not monetize with your character through: prints, neither physical nor online, published materials or any other merchandise.

The final product is for personal use only. Without modifications you can use it:

• On your website,

• To decorate your files

• Print on mugs, t-shirts, etc.

• Share on social networks.

You must mention the author of the product in any media you share it.

Unless commercial or exclusive rights are purchased:

• You may not sell or trade my art in any form, physical or digital, merchandise, print or NFT.

• You may not use my art in any published materials or on any physical or online marketplace.

• The commission cannot be modified in any way.

Is your art for sale? Where do I find it? 

• Yes, you can find my art, whether on art prints or other merchandise, in Redbubble.

• If there is something you like and you don't see it in the store you can contact me at leovami.ilustradora@gmail.com or on one of my social networks.

Can I use your work to...?

1. Computer or phone wallpaper? Yeah

2. A tattoo? Yes of course

3. A class project? Yeah, just make sure you give me credit where it's due.

4. Print to sell or any commercial use? Only the illustrations that we have agreed on, those in the Redbubble store, no.

5. For my blog? Depends:

• If you are going to talk about my work, you cannot modify the pieces and you must provide a link, either to this site or one of my social networks.

• If the blog is not monetized, you can use the images without changes, crops, modifications or text on top and you must link to this site or my social networks.

• If the blog is monetized, you need my permission. Please send me an email to leovami.ilustradora@gmail.com
